Country Taste Farm: Small family farm near Cambridge, Mn. It is owned and operated by Peter & Nancy since 1983. We have 7.4 acres devoted to Vegetables and Fruit crop production. We Direct Market the Vegetables with memberships to our CSA and on farm sales. We produce Asparagus, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, potatoes, onions, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins,Strawberries, Raspberries and apples. March 24 2012 Updates

The weather has been wonderful we do like the rain we had a total of one inch over 3 days was needed. We have placed fabric bearer around the high tunnel it was recommended by the University of Minnesota to have a clean vegetation free area about 3' width as defence against disease and insects. We now have about 3000 plants started.
