The weather is up and down a little hard to plan for. on Thursday i attended a class Making & Marketing Jams & Jellies it was put on by the University of Minnesota Extension educators in food science i now know the rules and how to to sell Jelly & Jams prepared on the farm the rules say they can be sold at Farm Markets and community events. Next week i will be traveling to Twin Valley, Minnesota to pickup Potato Seed The seed is Minnesota Certified and grown in Minnesota. I will get 100 Lbs each of Red Nor land and Yukon Gold. Well the asparagus has started to peak though this about 3 weeks early. The Plants are doing well and we have run out of room in the small green house so we have put some in the small  high tunnel. We will put some in the Ground Middle of April.
