Country Taste Farm: Small family farm near Cambridge, Mn. It is owned and operated by Peter & Nancy since 1983. We have 7.4 acres devoted to Vegetables and Fruit crop production. We Direct Market the Vegetables with memberships to our CSA and on farm sales. We produce Asparagus, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, potatoes, onions, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins,Strawberries, Raspberries and apples. May 6 whats happen at Country taste Farm

This week we planted all the plants in the high tunnel over 360 plants. The apple trees are showing some damage that was caused by the hard freeze, we have very fewer blossoms. I am sure we will still get some apples but the yield will be much less than last year. the good news is we had 3.75 inches of rain last week we needed all of it and had very little damage. We Planted the first batch of sweet corn so if the weather stays warm we will have early corn. All of the Plastic Mulch has been laid about 4000 feet.
