Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

Well the weather turned cold but it was a good time to check out the latest research in High Tunnel Production so I attended the2 day  Minnesota State Wide High Tunnel Conference, In Brainerd Lakes, Minnesota, Tuesday and Wednesday of last week. So much great information i was pleased to see Dr Steve Bogash, Horticulture Extension Educator/Researcher | Penn State University he always has so Much great information. His speciality is Tomatoes, Peppers, & Cucumbers in High Tunnels.

 Also last week we Pruned the Apple Trees, Set up a trellis system in the Green house to Grow More Herbs, and prepared the Wood fired Boiler to heat the green houses next month. The outside Temp was 10 degrees when i took the pictures below, no heat was added just the sun.
