Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

This week we are moving Plants into the Larger Green House GH#2 to make room in GH#1 for the Cole crop transplants. When the plants are a good size they are move to GH#2 the temperature range is from 50 to70 to regulate the growth to prevent them from growing to large.
Also we will start the tomatoes under the grow lights in the basement. So far our seed starting is going well.
High tunnel #3 will have Arugula, Lettuce, & Spinach we have tilled the soil and we deep water the soil with a sprinkler. Because the high tunnels don't have snow or rain in them they dry out over winter. Also sodium builds up with the deep watering it helps wash the sodium Thur.
