Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

We can use some rain, hopefully this week. My wonderful young employees planted cabbage, and strawberry plants this week. They also did field cleanup removing all the plastic mulch, drip tape left from last year. The fruit tree and Raspberry pruning were removed from the fields, removal of the old canes and branches is a house cleaning must to prevent disease.
I got the old Potato cutter out cut 200 pound each of Dark Red Northern, and Yukon gold. I also planted them and planted the first 8 rows of Sweet Corn.
This week Tomatoes, Peppers, Eggplant, and Cucumbers will be planted in the High Tunnels the spring rush is on.
