Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

The Heat is coming This Week I will be giving my employee’s lot of water and breaks.

What’s in your share this week?
Raspberry:
Broccoli:
Potatoes:
Cucumber:
Summer Squash: (Green Or Yellow zucchini )
Green Beans:
Turnip:
 Mashed Turnips with Crispy Bacon
Simmer peeled and cut-up turnips in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, salt, and pepper. Fold in crumbled cooked bacon and chopped chives; top with shaved Parmesan.
Fried Turnips: Peel, Dice in to ½” pieces Fry in Butter, Garlic, and Salt. We have tied this and loved them.
