Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

First day of spring Seeding, and Transplanting away we go the growing season has begun.

Planting and germination is going well, the Cauliflower and Broccoli that I seeded last week have germinated. I transplanted the Cauliflower/ Broccoli seedlings from 288 plug trays to 72 cell transplant flats, and moved them out to the green house.  The tomatoes and Peppers are direct seeded to 72 cell. A 72 cell tray has 72 plants this size is similar to how you buy plants from the garden store. Today I seeded Cabbage and Brussels sprouts, in 288 plug trays. I fabricated a vacuum seeder which plants 288 seeds at one time, it cut my planting time to 3 minutes per plug tray.
