Because of resent Food Born Illnesses out Breaks and our commitment to food Safety we have found a very effective Produce Wash & Disinfectant.

Sanidate 5.0

Most food-borne illnesses in America are caused by E. coliListeria
monocytogenes, and Salmonella. Sanidate 5.0 has been proven to
reduce 99.9% of these human health pathogens.

It is EPA registered, meets National Organic Program (NOP) requirements and has
no mutational resistance. Sanidate is a peracetic acid based chemistry, which is a highly stabilized
sanitizer that instantly kills bacteria, mold and yeasts on contact.
Does not require a final rinse before packaging. Many disinfectants must be fully rinsed before packaging.

Does not reduce product palatability. It will not adulterate flavor, texture, color, odor or quality.
