Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm

Cold Rain (4”) and some “SNOW”  Frost warning!! When the temperature drops below 55 degrees plants stop growing and below 40 the plants take a couple days to recover and start growth again. Our outside plants will recover but we need warm days and nights to catch up. Looking for sunshine and warmth.
Outside we have held back on planting the Summer Squash, (Zucchini) and the Cucumbers as we had a frost warning out for Cambridge.
We are on schedule with all our planting in the high tunnels; all the tunnels are completely planted. We have portable heaters placed in the tunnels for frost protection.
