Whats Happen At Country Taste Farm
We are spending time looking through our records for fruit &
vegetables that produced the best produce. Taste, appearance, disease and
insect resistance, along with abundance. We found a wonderful mini (sweet
pepper) they are called lunch Box. Lunchbox
peppers, also known as snack or mini peppers, are sweet peppers. They are smaller than bell peppers yet they have
a sweeter and fruitier taste. They're rated with zero Scoville units, which
means that they do not provide any heat at all.
We plan to provide them in our CSA shares and On Farm Produce Store this coming Season.
